Aware that the uncertainty of recovery could lower your desire for holidays, we would like to reassure you on the fact that we are monitoring the situation closely and following the guidelines of the health authorities in order to adopt the suggested safety protocols to safeguard the health and safety of all.
We point out that our types of accommodation guarantee maximum autonomy, being apartments and independent rooms that therefore allow the implementation of the required spacing between people.
Our bed linen and towels are sanitized and treated by a specialized industrial laundry, our sets of courtesy are disposable, as well as accessories for the consumption of hot drinks in the room.
All our accommodations, common areas and the breakfast room are disinfected with each new guest change with the new room sanitizing device.
The active principle supplied by the diffuser is indicated for disinfecting any surface, object and fabric, its steam isn’t harmful to health or the environment.
As for our breakfast service, normally carried out in the common room, can (on request) be replaced by room service. Alternatively, breakfast in the common room can be booked at the time of check-in, in order to allow us to organize an adequate arrangement of the tables that respects the social distance required.
Finally, always in compliance with hygiene protocols, available to our guests are hand sanitizer dispensers, thermometers for possible temperature control, disposable masks and gloves.
